This document only presents the functions whose iconography can be shown because they exist. It is therefore only an outline of this work on the work. It will be developed by lived anecdotes, slices of working lives, situations that lend themselves to laughter or reflection while providing a theoretical and conjunctural approach to the evolution of the way in which the worker is treated.

A journey of nearly 18 years in this region between mainly the Dordogne and the Pyrénées Atlantiques. Since its new name, what is presented is more oriented towards the south of this beautiful region.
