SR presents “Paris has dog”

No stray dogs in Paris. Everyone on a leash, even those of the homeless. Very few bastards, the "trendy" breeds dominate the sidewalk. If the "naked" dog still remains in the majority, he goes out more and more dressed to protect himself elegantly from bad weather.
