Une règle dit que en dessous de 7 personnes présentent sur une image de manifestation publique, il est possible que la ou les personnes puissent présenter une opposition à la publication de leur image. Dans ce cas je suis tout à fait à l'écoute ; même si ces images n'ont pas été publiées en vue d'une diffusion de presse. Dans cet exemple ci-dessus , l'homme en quête de fête à Bayonne et faisant ses courses a accepter d'être pris en image avec moi-même présentant les bienfaits de la Badoit rouge avec ses petites bulles. Dans ce cas il serait malséant que ce même personnage (car il en devient un dans cette image) engage une procédure; ce serait une insulte à la prise de vue réaliste et au Reportage. Ceci dit je prendrai en compte toute réclamation de belle tenue!
